It is of course possible that you made an appointment and cannot make it on time. We ask that you cancel the appointment minimum 24-hours in advance, either telephonically or via email. This is necessary to avoid us having to charge for the reserved time.
Treatment spread over several appointments
If you have a long-term treatment requiring a series of appointments, e.g. root canal treatment, implants, bridge or crown, we request that you cancel these appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
